Scope

This notice describes information handled through the Encore CE company website at encore-ce.com. A college’s learner and staff portal may include additional institution-approved notices and policies.

Product agreements and institution-specific data terms govern information handled for an Encore customer or pilot institution.

Information you provide

When you request a walkthrough or institutional review, Encore receives the contact and organizational information you choose to submit.

• Name, work email, institution, and role
• Current system, target timing, and the workflow you want to discuss when provided
• The type of inquiry you select

Website and technical information

Encore uses privacy-safe website measurement to understand aggregate page use and conversion paths. The company site may also receive standard request information needed for security, reliability, and rate limiting.

Encore does not use the company website to collect student education records. Do not submit learner data, payment details, or other sensitive student information through the inquiry form.

How information is used

• Respond to product, pilot, security, accessibility, and company inquiries
• Prepare for a requested workflow walkthrough
• Protect the site from abuse and investigate reliability issues
• Understand aggregate company-site performance
• Meet applicable legal and contractual obligations

Service providers

Encore uses selected service providers for application hosting, email delivery, workflow processing, analytics, and security. Provider access is limited to the purpose of delivering those services and is reviewed as part of institutional evaluation.

Retention and choices

Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the requested conversation, business records, security, and legal obligations. Retention and deletion requirements for institution product data are addressed in the applicable agreement.
