Using this website

You may use the Encore CE company website to learn about the product, evaluate its current scope, and contact Encore. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material, or use automated traffic in a way that disrupts normal operation.

Product information

The company site describes the current pilot build, implementation approach, and separately scoped capabilities. Product details may change as Encore improves the service.

Website content is not a promise that every feature, integration, timeline, price, or institutional requirement is included in a pilot. Scope and commercial commitments exist only in an agreement approved by Encore and the institution.

Fictional product previews

Riverside and the people, classes, counts, and records shown in company-site product previews are fictional. They demonstrate product workflows and do not identify customers, students, or outcomes.

Intellectual property

The Encore name, product interface, company-site content, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may share links to public pages, but may not copy or represent Encore materials as your own without permission.

Third-party services

The site may link to or rely on third-party services. Those providers operate under their own terms and policies. Institution product agreements identify the services and responsibilities that apply to a pilot or customer deployment.

Availability and changes

Encore works to keep the company site accurate and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page will always be error-free. These website terms may be updated as the company site and evaluation process evolve.
